Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on all taxable merchandise shipped within Florida State.

If the customer or facility receiving the merchandise is registered in the state of Florida and is legally exempt from sales tax, include a copy of your exemption or resale certificate with your payment. Your sales tax will then be credited and/or exempt for all current or future orders.

In addition, please make certain that your order number is written clearly on your check. All orders are processed when payment is received. Therefore, if you are paying by check or e-check your order may be delayed for up to one week to allow for the funds to completely clear. Returned checks are subject to a minimum fee of $25.00.

Shipping & Delivery

Most items are in stock and ready for immediate shipment and delivery. Due to their size or weight, some items may not qualify for free shipping and may require an additional shipping surcharge or additional time for delivery. Customers who purchase these items will be notified via e-mail of any additional fees prior to the processing of their order.

It is the customer's responsibility to respond to any e-mails originating from our Customer Care and/or Sales Departments. Delayed responses may cause a delay in shipment of your item(s) in question.

Scrapy Land Inc. ships via UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL and offers FREE SHIPPING on most orders over $50 within the 48 lower US States.

Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate fee of $5.95 per order within the 48 lower US States.

In addition, FREE SHIPPING and flat rate shipping do not apply to the following States and Territories: AK, HI, AS, FM, GU, MH, MP, PW, PR and VI. Any additional shipping charges that may apply will be addedto your order total when processed. manually

Expedited (Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Express Mail, etc.) shipping is available for faster delivery for an additional fee. Contact our sales team at: 1-866-472-7279, scrapyland@gmail.com or via Live Person Chat for complete details or place a request in the 'Expedited Shipping and/or Special Instructions' box of the checkout and all additional fees will be added manually to your order total at the currier rate once your items have been shipped.

International shipping is available. We charge actual shipping costs. We will contact you via e-mail after order is placed to give you an exact quote. You can also ask us for a quote before ordering and we will gladly provide one to you.. Also please note that we don't mark packages as gift.

Products ordered and subsequently refused by a customer at their address or returned without contacting Scrapy Land Inc. for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will automatically incur a 30% restocking fee.

Delivery to a non-existent address is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Merchandise errors must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Ordering Information

Returns & Exchanges

Scrapy Land Inc. takes great pride in offering the absolute best in scrapbooking supplies from leading manufactures and your complete satisfaction is our driving motive.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) within thirty (30) days for a merchandise refund or exchange. Products beyond thirty (30) days from date of purchase, special orders, and shipping and/or handling charges are not returnable or refundable.

• All merchandise returns or exchanges are subject to inspection and must be in resalable condition and contain the original packing materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. Any merchandise deemed unsuitable for resale will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
• For die cutting tools we can only accept  them back if everything is in new condition. That means no scratches, impressions on mats, platforms, etc
  
• Scrapy Land Inc. will only pay return shipping costs if returned items shipped due to our error.
• Refunds will be issued via original payment method within 7 - 14 business days.
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our Customer Care or Sales Departments for any and all returns.
  • To obtain your RMA number simply call toll free at: 1-866-472-7279 during our hours of operation or e-mail us scrapyland@gmail.com. Kindly include your name and/or company name, order and/or account number and contact information.
  • Do not send any returns to our corporate headquarters listed on our Contact Us page - it will not be accepted. You will be provided with the return address along with your RMA number.
  • Item(s) being returned must be returned within 10 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.
• There are NO returns on any electronic items unless it is defective (i.e. Wishblade, Silhouette, Cricut Expression, etc).
• If you received free shipping with your order, we will charge you the shipping we had to pay to get the product to you.

Backorders/Out-of-Stock

Although we strive to keep all items available and in stock, sometimes we might run out of some items. If this was the case, we will contact you within 24 hrs to inform of the changes to your order.

At this moment we do not keep backorders. These items will be deleted from the order.
